Tasting
Colour
A deep, intense red colour with dark highlights.
Nose
The bouquet is rich and expressive, revealing aromas of well-ripened red and black fruit. Floral, spicy and slightly woody nuances add further complexity to the whole.
Palate
The attack is ample and generous. The intense, harmonious body is carried by particularly fine and silky tannins. The fruit remains bright, concentrated and balanced by a pleasant freshness. The finish is long, elegant and persistent.
Château Beychevelle 2018 is a great Saint-Julien, both deep and refined. Already seductive after aeration, it also has excellent ageing potential and will gain even more complexity over the years.
